Sous Vide is a cooking technique that uses precise temperature control to deliver consistent, restaurant-quality results. Once limited to only the professional Chefs, this can now be achieved in the Miele Steam Oven. This class will give you an introduction on how to achieve a perfectly cooked piece of meat, fish and even vegetables that are impossible to achieve through conventional cooking methods.
